To maintain efficiency and ensure our installation team stays on schedule, appointments must begin at the confirmed time. If the customer is not available, access is not provided, or delays prevent the installer from starting the work, the appointment may be classified as incomplete due to customer availability. In such cases, the original installation fee is considered utilized, and a new installation fee will be required to secure a follow-up appointment.
We understand schedules can change. As a courtesy, we allow adjustments to installation appointments up to 48 hours prior at no additional cost. After this period, installers have already been assigned and routed, so any change will result in the installation fee being fully applied and a new fee will be required for rebooking.
Installation time is specifically reserved for your project. Once reserved, this time cannot be reassigned on short notice. The fee ensures that our labour resources, travel time, and scheduling commitments are covered regardless of last-minute changes.
If an urgent situation arises, please contact us immediately. While we always aim to be understanding, appointment fees are tied to installer scheduling commitments, so exceptions cannot be guaranteed. We will review each situation individually based on availability and logistics.
If access details (concierge clearance, buzzer number, parking, gate code, etc.) are incomplete or unavailable at the time of arrival, the appointment may be marked as unable to proceed. As the installer’s time has been allocated to the appointment, a new installation fee will be required to rebook.
Yes. Any adult (18+) who can grant access and provide approval for the work may be present on your behalf. Their acknowledgement is considered equivalent to the customer’s. We require an Email confirmation from the customer acknowledging this approval
To help our installers complete the work efficiently, please ensure the installation area is accessible and clear of any items that may impede the process. If removal of existing fixtures is part of your service, please ensure the area is ready for our team to begin.
