In-Store Pickup
Many of our products are available for same-day or next-day pickup. Please call our showroom to confirm product availability.
Pickup Authorization
The person who placed the order is the only authorized individual permitted to pick up the order. If someone else will be picking up on your behalf, email authorization is required in advance.
Identification Required
All in-store pickups require valid photo ID. ( Such as a Drivers License )
Complimentary Item Inspection
For your protection, all pickup orders include a complimentary inspection. Our staff will:

Show you the item(s)

Allow you to verify condition and accuracy

Repackage the item and place it in your vehicle
If there are any issues such as damage, missing items, or incorrect products, please notify our staff during the inspection so we can resolve the issue immediately.

Delivery Inspection
All deliveries include a complimentary inspection option.
Before the driver leaves, you may request to open and inspect the items.
If you choose not to inspect the items at delivery, you have up to 48 hours from Delivery date to report:

After 48 hours, claims for incorrect or damaged items will not be accepted.

If a shipping address is determined to be remote, payment may not be captured until the final shipping cost is confirmed. If additional shipping fees are declined, the order may be cancelled.
Delivery Timeline
Most deliveries are completed within 5–7 business days.
Deliveries are made to the main accessible entrance of the property. Delivery areas must be accessible by dolly.

Tiles and flooring orders may incur additional delivery fees due to weight or pallet requirements.

Oversized or fragile items may require special freight arrangements.
Storage Policy
All orders must be picked up or shipped within 30 days of arrival at our warehouse.
Orders not collected within 30 days may be subject to storage fees.

We are not liable for carrier, freight, or palletization requirements that cannot be accurately calculated by automated checkout systems, particularly for oversized or fragile items. Additional charges may apply where required.

I live in a house. Where will my delivery be placed?
Our standard delivery service is curbside delivery. Items will typically be left:

Inside your garage if easily accessible
Our delivery team does not enter homes.
All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign, delivery will be rescheduled and additional fees will apply.
I live in a condo or apartment. Where will my delivery be placed?
Our standard delivery is curbside or loading dock delivery.
Orders will be delivered to the first accessible entrance or loading dock of the building.
You must ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
If no one is available, delivery will be rescheduled and additional fees may apply.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes. Delivery dates can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Changes made within 24 hours of the delivery date may incur additional fees.
Can I choose my delivery window?
Delivery windows are assigned by our logistics team.
While we try to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
What if no one is home during delivery?
If no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery, rescheduling fees will apply.
Do I have to help unload the items?
Our delivery team is responsible for unloading the truck and placing items at the curb or designated delivery area.
After delivery is completed, the customer assumes responsibility for moving the items inside the property.
