Aqua Piazza is the square, super-slim shower line from Kube Bath. Our Kube Bath shower faucets collection lists it as complete shower sets in a lot of combinations. That makes it easy to buy, but hard to choose. This guide looks at four decisions: 8 or 12 inch rain head, wall arm or ceiling mount, handheld or not, and whether you need a tub filler. Every detail comes from our Aqua Piazza product pages.
What every Aqua Piazza set shares
- Super-slim solid brass one-piece rain head, which the pages say has no seams.
- Silicone tips on the rain head (and on the handheld, where one is included) to make calcium buildup easier to clean.
- Valve with threaded 1/2 inch MIP connections, so no soldering at the valve, plus a plastic protection cover and an installation level and depth indicator.
- Depth-adjustable cover plates to suit different wall build-ups.
8 inch vs 12 inch rain head
The head is the same design in two sizes: the 8 inch super-slim square head and the 12 inch super-slim square head. Both come in chrome, black, white and brushed gold. The 12 inch covers more of you at once and looks right in a walk-in or a larger enclosure. The 8 inch suits a standard tub-shower or a compact stall. Starter sets with just the head and valve include the 8 inch wall set and the 12 inch wall set. For a bigger statement, there is a 20 inch head (chrome) and a 40 inch dual rain head with waterfall that mounts flush with the ceiling.
Wall arm vs ceiling mount
Wall sets hang the head from a wall arm. As a separate part, the Aqua Piazza shower arm is 17 inches long. Ceiling sets drop the head from a 6 inch ceiling bar. With a ceiling mount the water falls straight down from overhead. It needs a supply line in the ceiling, so decide before the drywall goes up. Every combination below comes in both versions, for example the 8 inch ceiling set and the 12 inch ceiling set.

Handheld: worth adding?
A handheld makes it easier to rinse kids, pets and the shower walls, and to wash without getting your hair wet. If your set does not include one, Aqua Piazza sells a handheld kit with a 5 foot hose and wall adapter in all four finishes. A 5 inch multifunction handheld is also listed in chrome. Its page lists rain and pulsating massage modes and cUPC certification.
Tub filler: for tub-shower combos
If the shower is over a bathtub, choose a set with the Aqua Piazza 7 inch tub filler spout with aerator. If it is a walk-in shower, skip the tub filler and put that outlet toward a handheld or body jets. Our shower faucets in Canada guide covers the wider buying checklist.

FAQ
What is the difference between the 8 inch and 12 inch Aqua Piazza shower sets?
The rain head size. Both use the Aqua Piazza super-slim solid brass square head with silicone tips for calcium buildup, offered as 8 inch and 12 inch heads. The 12 inch head gives broader coverage and suits larger enclosures. The 8 inch suits smaller showers and tub-showers.
Should I choose a wall arm or a ceiling-mount Aqua Piazza set?
Wall-mount sets put the head on an arm from the wall. As a separate part, the Aqua Piazza wall arm is 17 inches long. Ceiling-mount sets drop the head straight down. The separate ceiling bar is 6 inches long. Ceiling mount needs a water line above the shower, so plan it during framing.
Which Aqua Piazza sets include a handheld or tub filler?
Our pages cover rain-only sets, rain plus handheld, rain plus tub filler, rain plus handheld and tub filler, and versions with four body jets. The set title says what is included, and it comes in both the 8 and 12 inch and the wall and ceiling versions.
Do Aqua Piazza shower sets come in brushed gold?
Rain-only, handheld and tub filler sets are listed in chrome, black, brushed gold and white. The sets with four body jets are listed in chrome, black and white only.
How does the Aqua Piazza valve install?
The set pages describe a valve installed with threaded 1/2 inch MIP connections, so no soldering at the valve. It also has a plastic protection cover, an installation level and depth indicator, and depth-adjustable cover plates.
