Shopping for a Delta shower is confusing the first time. You find a trim you like, add it to the cart, and then read "trim kit only, valve sold separately". Then you find two valves (R10000 and R22000), each in half a dozen versions, and trims labelled 13, 14, 17 and 17T. This guide untangles all of it.
Everything technical here comes from Delta's own documents: its spec sheets, installation guides, product pages, the MultiChoice Universal valve page and the Delta FAQ on 13/14 vs 17 Series. Prices are ours in Canadian dollars, and every product linked is in stock on our site. If you're after a general roundup of Delta faucets, including kitchen and bathroom faucets, see the best Delta faucets in Canada.
Quick answer
- A Delta shower is two purchases: a rough valve in the wall and a trim on the wall. The cartridge comes with the trim.
- One showerhead, or a tub and shower: the R10000-UNBX ($56.84) takes any current 13, 14, 17 or 17T trim.
- Two or three outlets (for example a rain head and a hand shower): the R22000 ($215.46) integrated diverter valve with a T24 (14 Series), T27 (17 Series) or T27T (17T) trim. It isn't recommended for tubs.
- 13/14 Series: one handle, temperature only. 17 Series: separate volume and temperature. 17T: the same, with a thermostatic TempAssure cartridge.
- Want it in one box? The Delta 342701 kit ($715.72 in chrome) includes the R22000 valve and a 14 Series trim with rain head and hand shower.
Example tub/shower pairing: R10000-UNBX + Trinsic 17 Series tub/shower trim = $333.66 in chrome.

How a Delta shower is built: valve + trim
Every Delta MultiChoice shower has two halves:
- The rough valve. A forged brass body that sits in the wall, mounted to a stringer (a horizontal board or bracket between the studs). The hot and cold supplies connect to it, and it has outlet ports for the shower and, on the R10000, a tub spout. It's installed before the wall is closed, usually by a plumber. A plastic box around the front, which Delta calls the plasterguard or rough-in box, shows the tiler where the finished wall needs to be.
- The trim. The handle or handles, the escutcheon (faceplate), the showerhead and arm, and the tub spout on tub/shower trims. This is the part you choose for looks, and you can change it later.
The piece that actually mixes the water, the cartridge, slides into the valve body. With MultiChoice it ships with the trim. Delta's R10000 spec sheet says the valve is "for use with MultiChoice Universal single or dual function trim. Cartridge ships with trim." That's why the same R10000 can become a basic single-handle shower or a thermostatic one: the choice happens when you buy the trim.
Delta's MultiChoice page sums up the idea: install the universal valve first and you "have the freedom to decide (or change your mind on) what type of shower you want later", and upgrade style and function "without altering the plumbing behind the wall". For a renovation, that means your plumber can rough in the valve while you're still choosing the finish.
What "trim only" means
"Trim only" (or "trim kit only") means the box contains the visible parts and the cartridge, and no rough valve. Delta's product pages for trims like the T14459 and T17459 say: "Trim kit only, must order MultiChoice Universal rough-in separately to complete the unit."
Three ways to spot it:
- The model starts with T. Delta's MultiChoice page says "Trim-only kits will begin with the letter T". The T14459, T17T459 and T342701 are all trims.
- Rough valves start with R. The R10000-UNBX and R22000 are valves with no handle or showerhead.
- Kits with the valve say so. The Delta 342701 is sold as a shower "with rough valve" and includes the R22000. Its trim-only twin is the T342701.
You can see the difference in the prices. In chrome, the 342701 kit with valve ($715.72 in chrome) costs about the same as buying the T342701 trim ($505.40 in chrome) and the R22000 valve ($215.46) separately ($720.86 together). The kit is simpler to order. Buying separately makes sense if the valve is already in the wall, or your plumber wants the R22000-WS version with stops.
When trim only is exactly what you need
- Replacing an existing Delta MultiChoice trim. If you already have a MultiChoice valve, a new T-model trim changes the look (and even the function, 14 to 17T for example) without opening the wall.
- Your plumber supplies the valve. Ask which valve and version they're installing so you can buy a matching trim.
- Renovating in stages. Rough in the valve during framing, and order the trim once the tile and finish are chosen.
MultiChoice R10000 vs R22000
Both are "MultiChoice Universal" valves, and both take cartridges that ship with the trim. The difference is how many outlets they run.
| R10000 MultiChoice Universal | R22000 MultiChoice Universal with integrated diverter | |
|---|---|---|
| What it does | One mixing valve: top outlet to the shower, bottom outlet to a tub spout | Mixing valve and diverter in one body, with three outlet ports |
| Trims | Any current 13, 14, 17 or 17T trim (T14, T17, T17T and T13 models) | Integrated diverter trims: T24 (14 Series), T27 (17 Series), T27T (17T) |
| Outlets | Shower (top) and tub spout (bottom). Plug any unused outlet | Up to 3. With a 3-setting diverter, plug port 3 |
| Tub? | Yes, with a tub/shower trim. HF models have no tub outlet | "Not recommended for tub installation" (Delta instructions) |
| Depth (stringer to plasterguard front) | 2-3/4" ± 1/4" (70 mm ± 6 mm) | 2-9/16" ± 1/4" |
| Versions we stock | UNBX ($56.84), UNWS ($79.52), PXWS ($79.52) | R22000 ($215.46), R22000-WS ($264.39) |
| Back-to-back | Yes (supply lines reversed) | Yes (supply lines reversed) |
R10000: the standard Delta shower valve
From Delta's R10000 spec sheet (DSP-B-R10000 Rev J): forged brass body, back-to-back capable, square plasterguard, 1/2" outlets, and a test cap for pressure testing. The suffix tells you the connections:
| Suffix | Meaning (Delta spec sheet) |
|---|---|
| -UN | Universal inlets/outlets: 1/2" NPT male thread with 1/2" copper sweat (female) |
| -UNBX | Universal, single box packaging |
| -UNWS | Universal with integral stops |
| -UNBXT | Universal with thin-wall mounting |
| -UNBXHF | High flow, shower only (no tub outlet) |
| -PX / -PXWS | Crimp PEX inlets and outlets, without or with stops |
| -MF / -MFWS | Cold-expansion PEX, without or with stops |
| -IP / -IPWS | 1/2" IPS female threaded, without or with stops |
For most copper renovations the R10000-UNBX ($56.84) is the default. If you want shut-offs at the valve, the R10000-UNWS ($79.52) adds integral stops. On a PEX crimp system, the R10000-PXWS ($79.52) has crimp connections and stops. We also carry the MFWS (cold expansion), IPWS, UNBXT (thin wall) and UNBXHF versions; see Delta shower faucets.
R22000: one valve, up to three outlets
Before the R22000, a shower with a rain head and a hand shower needed a mixing valve plus a separate diverter valve in the wall. Delta's R22000 page says the integrated design "consolidates custom shower design… eliminating the need for an additional diverter valve". From the spec sheet (DSP-B-R22000 Rev F) and installation guide (91557):
- Three outlet ports. The diverter trim's top handle chooses the outlet, and the lower control runs the shower.
- Takes Delta's 3- and 6-setting diverter cartridges as well as all MultiChoice cartridges, which ship with the trim.
- 3-setting diverter: two individual outlets plus one shared position (both at once). 6-setting: three individual outlets plus three shared positions. For individual-only operation Delta lists non-shared cartridges RP71717 and RP71718.
- Versions: R22000 (1/2" copper or NPT), R22000-WS (with stops), and MF and PX PEX versions.
- Standard installation allows up to 1-1/8" finished wall thickness. Thick-wall kits extend this to 2-1/8".
- The instruction sheet says in capitals: "This rough-in body is not recommended for tub installation." For a tub and shower, use the R10000.
We stock the R22000 ($215.46) and the R22000-WS with stops ($264.39), plus the R22000-MF.

Monitor 13/14 vs 17 vs TempAssure 17T
The series number describes the cartridge and controls, not the style. Delta's FAQ: "17 Series showers all use Monitor pressure balancing valves for safety. The 17 Series has the added feature of a volume control, while the 13 and 14 series offer temperature control only. Many Delta series are also available in a 17T. The 17T Series uses TempAssure thermostatic controlled valves."

Flow figures are from those spec sheets for the Trinsic tub/shower trims; other trims may list different numbers. Showerheads on these trims are 1.75 gpm at 80 psi.
Monitor 13 and 14 Series: temperature only
One lever does everything. Lift or turn it to start the water; keep turning to get hotter. Delta's MultiChoice page calls this the single-function pressure balanced cartridge, "a single control for temperature only". The 14 Series Trinsic spec sheet lists a maximum handle rotation of 120° and a field-adjustable limit on how far the handle turns into hot. Flow is always full once the water is on.
Delta's FAQ and MultiChoice page describe 13 and 14 the same way: temperature only, with a single-function pressure balance cartridge. In our range the 13 Series is the simpler, lower-priced trim family. The Monitor 13 Series T13420-CDN ($126.47) is our lowest-cost complete tub/shower trim. The Trinsic 14 Series T14459 ($235.41 in chrome) is the step up in design, and the T14059 ($159.50 in chrome) is the valve-only version (handle and faceplate, no head or spout) for when you're choosing your own showerhead.
Monitor 17 Series: separate volume and temperature
A 17 Series trim has a lever that controls volume and a dial that sets temperature. Delta's MultiChoice page describes it as a dual-function pressure balanced cartridge that "allows the user to control the temperature and volume independently", so the temperature can be set to stay the same shower after shower. The Trinsic 17 spec sheet lists an adjustable dial rotation of 90° to 180° and notes all parts are replaceable from the front.
The Trinsic 17 Series H2Okinetic tub/shower trim T17459 ($276.82 in chrome) is a complete tub/shower trim. The T17059 ($196.67 in chrome) is the valve-only version.
TempAssure 17T: thermostatic
The 17T looks and works like a 17 Series (volume lever and temperature dial) but uses Delta's thermostatic cartridge. Delta's MultiChoice page says it keeps temperature consistent "by measuring and monitoring the temperature of the water and then automatically adjusting the water mix". The Trinsic 17T spec sheet specifies a thermostatic wax element that holds outlet temperature to ±3.6°F.
The Trinsic 17T tub/shower trim T17T459 ($553.53 in chrome) includes an H2Okinetic showerhead. The T17T059 ($477.61 in chrome) is the valve-only version. On the R22000, the T27T859 ($693.67 in chrome) is the 17T 3-setting diverter trim.

Pressure balance vs thermostatic
Both protect you from sudden hot or cold surprises. They do it differently.
- Pressure balance (Monitor, 13/14/17 Series). Delta's T24859 spec sheet says the cartridge "maintains a balanced pressure of hot and cold water even when a valve is turned on or off elsewhere in the system". Delta product pages give the example of a toilet flushing or a dishwasher running, and say Monitor keeps temperature within ±3.6°F (±2°C). (A few older Delta pages quote ±3°F.)
- Thermostatic (TempAssure, 17T). A wax element responds to the water's temperature and adjusts the hot/cold mix to hold the setting, according to Delta's 17T spec sheet and MultiChoice page. It also separates volume from temperature, so you can turn the flow down without the temperature changing.
Which do you need? For most single-head showers, a Monitor 14 or 17 gives the anti-scald balance Delta designs for. Choose 17T if you want the most stable temperature, higher tub-port flow on tub/shower trims, or a multi-outlet R22000 shower with the T27T diverter trims. Delta lists the 14 Series trim as meeting ASSE 1016 alongside ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1. Whether your project requires a particular type of mixing valve is set by your local plumbing code. Your plumber or municipal building department can confirm it.
How to match a trim to a valve
Five checks, in order:
1. Which valve is (or will be) in the wall?
- R10000 family (any suffix: UN, UNBX, UNWS, PX, MF, IP, T, HF): use a T13, T14, T17 or T17T trim.
- R22000 family: use a T24 (14 Series), T27 (17 Series) or T27T (17T) integrated diverter trim.
- Not sure? Check your plumber's invoice or the valve box. If the wall is closed, send us a photo of the valve with the trim removed. Delta's MultiChoice statement covers the trims Delta "currently makes" on the MultiChoice Universal valve. An older non-MultiChoice valve needs a different trim or a new rough.
2. Tub/shower, shower only, or valve only?
In the Delta model numbers we carry, the digit after the series shows the layout. Always confirm on the product page:
| Pattern | Layout | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| T1x0xx | Valve only (handle and faceplate) | T14059, T17059, T17T059 |
| T1x2xx | Shower only (valve trim + showerhead and arm) | T14259, T17259, T13220-CDN |
| T1x4xx | Tub and shower (valve trim + showerhead + tub spout) | T13420-CDN, T14459, T17459, T17T459 |
| T24 / T27 / T27T + 8xx or 9xx | Integrated diverter trim for R22000 (8xx = 3-setting, 9xx = 6-setting in the models we stock) | T24859, T27859, T27T859 |
A tub/shower trim on an R10000 needs the bottom outlet piped to the tub spout. A shower-only trim needs the bottom outlet plugged (or an HF valve, which has none). Valve-only trims leave the showerhead choice to you. On R22000 diverter trims the heads and hand shower are usually separate. Check "includes" on the product page.
3. Choose the series
13/14 for one-handle simplicity, 17 for separate volume, 17T for thermostatic. On an R10000 you can change series later with a new trim, because the cartridge comes with it.
4. Read the suffix
- Finish: no suffix is usually chrome. In our variants, -BL is matte black, -CZ champagne bronze, -SS stainless, -PN polished nickel and -RB Venetian bronze. -SP appears on SpotShield brushed nickel models.
- -LHD: "less showerhead" (Delta's Trinsic spec sheet). You supply your own head.
- -CDN: Canadian models, such as the Monitor 13 Series T13420-CDN.
- -H2O: used on our T17T459 variants with an H2Okinetic showerhead.
5. Check wall thickness
If the finished wall ends up deeper than Delta's range (tile over a backer board and mortar bed, for example), order the extension kit for your series. Details are in the next section.
Wall thickness and extension kits
If the valve ends up too deep, the trim won't reach the cartridge. Delta's answer is an extension kit, matched to both valve and series:
| Valve | Series | Kit | Adds (Delta) | Our price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| R10000 | 13 / 14 | RP77991 | Additional 1-3/4" wall thickness | $85.47 |
| R10000 | 17 | RP77992 | Additional 1-3/4" wall thickness | $88.79 |
| R10000 | 17T | RP75136 | Up to 1-3/8" installation depth | Ask us |
| R22000 | 14 | RP90542 | Finished wall up to 2-1/8" (standard up to 1-1/8") | In stock: see Delta shower faucets |
| R22000 | 17 | RP90543 | Finished wall up to 2-1/8" | In stock: see Delta shower faucets |
| R22000 | 17T | RP90544 | Finished wall up to 2-1/8" | Ask us |
Thin walls have the opposite problem. The R10000-UNBXT comes with thin-wall mounting, and Delta's R10000 guide mentions RP47202 for thin-wall installs. The best fix is getting the depth right at rough-in (see installation notes).

A few things the totals show. Moving from 13 to 14 to 17 Series on the same R10000 adds far less than going to 17T. The multi-outlet R22000 builds start higher because the valve itself costs more and the heads are usually separate. And the 342701 kit costs almost exactly the same as its parts bought separately. Free shipping on orders over $900, so a complete R22000 shower with heads often ships free.
About the Delta 342701 kit
From Delta's product page: a Modern Collection bundle with a 10" square single-setting raincan, a wall-mount single-setting hand shower, a 14 Series trim and the MultiChoice Universal integrated diverter rough (R22000 series). The 2-function diverter gives two individual positions (shower head only or hand shower only). The top handle controls the diverter; the bottom handle controls on/off and temperature. Flow rate is 1.75 gpm at 80 psi. It's Delta's own "with rough valve" kit, so there's no second order for the valve.
We stock it in chrome ($715.72), brushed nickel, matte black and champagne bronze. The trim-only T342701 comes in chrome, matte black and champagne bronze.
About our SKD kits
Our SKD kits are bundles we put together from Delta parts. They aren't Delta kit numbers, so the product page lists what's inside. The SKD7 ($770.18) is a 14 Series integrated diverter shower: a 3-setting 2-handle diverter trim, a single-setting raincan and an H2Okinetic 4-setting slide-bar hand shower with a 60" hose. The listing notes that the R22000 rough is not included, so add one to the order.

Installation notes
These notes come from Delta's R10000 installation guide (50353 Rev L) and R22000 guide (91557). They're for planning. The installation guide for your model has the final word, and Delta recommends using a professional plumber for installation and repair.
Rough-in depth
- R10000: the finished wall must be flush with the front of the plasterguard ± 1/4". The stringer sits 2-3/4" ± 1/4" (70 mm ± 6 mm) behind the plasterguard front, and the bonnet front is 3-7/8" (99 mm) from the stringer (reference only). On models with stops, the plasterguard can be flush or up to 1/4" sub-flush.
- R22000: 2-9/16" ± 1/4" from the stringer to the front of the rough-in box, the same distance to the finished wall. The gap around the box shouldn't exceed 1/4". For a finished wall over 1-1/8" and up to 2-1/8", Delta's thick-wall instructions set the box 1-1/8" ± 1/8" in front of the studs, with the thick-wall kit for your series.
- Mark "UP". Both valves are marked, and the shower outlet goes on top.
- Think about the whole wall before you mount the valve. Delta says to consider the type and thickness of your finished wall before placing the stringer. Tile, backer board and any waterproofing membrane all add depth.
Supplies, outlets and the tub spout
- Hot and cold: on the R10000, port 1 is cold and port 2 is hot. On the R22000 the rough-in box is marked C and H. For a back-to-back or reversed installation, install the valve the same way up and reverse the supply lines.
- Plug unused outlets. Shower only on an R10000 means plugging the tub outlet. With a 3-setting R22000 trim, plug port 3.
- Tub spout drop (R10000): minimum 1/2" copper or 1/2" iron pipe, a straight drop of 8" to 18" (203–457 mm) with only one 90° elbow. Delta says don't use PEX for the tub spout drop. The HF (high flow) R10000 has no tub outlet.
- Soldering: remove the bonnet, test cap and stops before soldering, and avoid soldering at high temperature, as Delta's instructions warn.
Stops, testing and flushing
- Stops (WS models): integral shut-offs at the valve. Install them after soldering, set them to full open after testing, and adjust them with a flat screwdriver (clockwise closes).
- Pressure test: the R10000 spec sheet lists testing with air at 200 psi or water at 300 psi using the supplied test cap. Check for leaks before closing the wall.
- Flush the lines after testing, before the cartridge goes in, so debris doesn't reach it.
Pressure balance vs thermostatic at rough-in
On both valves the rough is the same whichever series you choose. Monitor 13/14/17 and TempAssure 17T trims all fit the same R10000, and T24/T27/T27T trims all fit the R22000. That's the MultiChoice idea: you can decide on pressure balance or thermostatic after the rough-in. The only series-specific parts at rough-in are the extension and thick-wall kits.
Local code and permits
Delta's documents list compliance with ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1, and the 14 Series trim also with ASSE 1016. What your project needs is decided by your local plumbing code: whether a permit is required, whether a licensed plumber must do the work, what type of mixing valve and temperature limit is required, and whether stops are needed. In Ontario that's the Ontario Building Code as administered by your municipality. Other provinces have their own. Check with your municipal building department before you start, and ask your plumber to set the hot limit on the trim.
Delta warranty
From the limited warranty printed in Delta's R10000 installation guide:
- Parts and finishes: all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as they own the home where the faucet was first installed. For commercial buyers, it's 10 years for multi-family residential and 5 years for other commercial uses.
- Electronic parts (if any): 5 years (1 year commercial). No warranty on batteries.
- Remedy: Delta replaces defective parts or finishes free of charge, or may refund the purchase price if repair or replacement isn't practical. Labour charges aren't covered.
- Exclusions: damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation, maintenance or repair, and products not bought from an authorized seller, among others listed in Delta's terms.
- Proof of purchase: the original sales receipt is needed for a claim unless you registered the product with Delta.
- In Canada: Masco Canada Limited, 350 South Edgeware Road, St. Thomas, ON N5P 4L1, 1-800-345-DELTA (3358). The warranty covers products installed in the US, Canada and Mexico.
Keep your receipt and the model numbers of both the valve and the trim. The spec sheets for the valves and trims in this guide all list the same lifetime limited coverage on parts and finish.

FAQ
What is the difference between a Delta shower valve and a trim?
The valve (Delta calls it the rough or rough-in) is the brass body your plumber installs inside the wall and connects to the hot and cold supply lines. The trim is everything you see and touch: the handle, the faceplate (escutcheon), the showerhead and arm, and a tub spout if there is one. On Delta's MultiChoice system they're sold separately, and the cartridge that controls the water ships with the trim, not the valve.
What does "trim only" mean on a Delta shower?
It means the box contains the trim and cartridge but not the rough valve. Delta's product pages say it plainly: "Trim kit only, must order MultiChoice Universal valve rough separately to complete the unit." Delta's trim-only model numbers begin with the letter T (for example T14459 or T17T459). If the wall is open or you're building new, you'll need a rough valve as well.
Will any Delta trim fit my MultiChoice R10000 valve?
Delta says any 13, 14, 17 or 17T Series trim kit it currently makes will work with the MultiChoice Universal rough valve (R10000 family). Integrated diverter trims (the T24, T27 and T27T models) are different: they're made for the R22000 integrated diverter rough, not the R10000.
What is the difference between Delta R10000 and R22000?
The R10000 is the standard MultiChoice Universal valve. It runs one shower with a single control and has a top outlet for the shower and a bottom outlet for a tub spout. The R22000 is the MultiChoice Universal integrated diverter valve. It has the main valve and a diverter in one body with three outlet ports, so a single rough can run two or three outlets, such as a showerhead and a hand shower. Delta's R22000 instructions say it is not recommended for tub installation.
What is the difference between Delta 13/14, 17 and 17T series?
Delta's FAQ puts it this way: all 17 Series showers use Monitor pressure-balancing valves, and the 17 Series adds a volume control, while the 13 and 14 Series offer temperature control only. The 17T Series uses TempAssure thermostatic valves. In practice, a 13/14 handle turns on and gets hotter as you turn it; a 17 or 17T has one control for volume and a separate one for temperature.
Is Delta 17T worth it over 17 Series?
The 17T costs more, so it's worth it if you want thermostatic control. Delta says the TempAssure cartridge measures the water temperature and adjusts the mix to hold it, where Monitor pressure balance cartridges balance hot and cold pressure. On the tub/shower trims we compared, Delta's spec sheets also list a higher tub-port flow for 17T (8.6 gpm at 60 psi with R10000-UNBX, against 6.2 for the 17 Series and 6.0 for the 14). If you have a simple shower and want the lowest cost, the 14 Series still gives pressure-balanced safety.
Do I need a valve with stops?
Delta sells the R10000 and R22000 with or without integral stops (the WS models). Stops let you shut off hot and cold at the valve, behind the trim, for servicing the cartridge without turning off the water to the house. Delta's instructions say to remove the stops before soldering and set them to full open after pressure testing. Whether stops are required where you live is a local plumbing-code question, so ask your plumber or local building department.
How deep should a Delta MultiChoice valve be in the wall?
For the R10000, Delta's installation guide says the finished wall must be flush with the front of the plasterguard, plus or minus 1/4", which puts the stringer (the backing the valve mounts to) 2-3/4" ± 1/4" (70 mm ± 6 mm) behind the front of the plasterguard. For the R22000, it's 2-9/16" ± 1/4" from the stringer to the front of the rough-in box, with the finished wall flush to the box ± 1/4".
My wall is too thick for the trim. What do I do?
Delta makes extension kits. For R10000 installs, RP77991 (13/14 Series) and RP77992 (17 Series) each allow an additional 1-3/4" of wall thickness, and RP75136 extends a 17T installation by up to 1-3/8". For the R22000, the standard install allows up to 1-1/8" finished wall thickness, and thick-wall kits RP90542 (14 Series), RP90543 (17 Series) and RP90544 (17T) allow up to 2-1/8".
Can I use PEX with a Delta MultiChoice valve?
Yes, for the supply connections. Delta makes PEX versions: R10000-PX and PXWS for crimp PEX and R10000-MF and MFWS for cold-expansion PEX, and the R22000 has PX and MF versions too. The universal (UN) R10000 has 1/2" NPT male threads with 1/2" copper sweat. But Delta's R10000 guide says not to use PEX for the tub spout drop: it calls for 1/2" copper or 1/2" iron pipe, 8" to 18" long.
How long is the Delta warranty on shower valves and trims?
Delta's limited warranty covers parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes for the original consumer purchaser for as long as they own the home where the faucet was first installed. For commercial buyers, it's 10 years for multi-family residential and 5 years for other commercial uses. Labour isn't covered, and proof of purchase is needed unless you registered the product with Delta. In Canada, claims go through Masco Canada at 1-800-345-DELTA (3358).
Do you ship Delta valves and trims across Canada?
Yes. Plumbing Market ships across Canada, with free shipping on orders over $900. You can also see Delta products at our Vaughan, Ontario showroom, or call 289-236-2378 or email sales@plumbingmarket.ca with your valve and trim model numbers and we'll check they match.
