The Kindred Urban MGS2031U-9 is a 31" undermount single bowl fragranite sink, offered in 5 finishes.
Crafted in sumptuous natural tones to enhance your home, Kindred Urban undermount granite sinks repel tough stains, including wine, coffee, and grease. Soapy water is all you’ll need to clean these models, which have colorfast UV protection to maintain their earthy beauty for years. An integrated accessory rail allows you to slide custom-fit accessories across the sink for efficient food prep and clean-up. Custom-fit accessories are sold separately

Material and care
Granite composite is a mineral and resin blend that resists stains and fading. Care: wipe with soapy water, rinse and dry; avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals.

Warranty
Franke warrants each Kindred sink to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the sink when used in standard residential indoor applications, installed per the Franke/Kindred installation instructions with a conventional or solid surface countertop. Coverage applies to the original purchaser when bought from Franke or an authorized Kindred retailer. It does not cover misuse or abuse, accidental damage, normal wear such as scuffs, scratches or finish reduction/fading, improper installation or damage from improper cleaning and maintenance. Replacement does not include shipping, labour, installation or removal. Full terms: Kindred warranty.
