Franke covers its water filtration products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a term that depends on the product (one to ten years), per the official warranty page. Replacement filter cartridges are consumables and are not covered for wear. Coverage applies to the original purchaser when bought from Franke or an authorized retailer and used in normal indoor residential applications. It does not cover misuse or abuse, accidental damage, normal wear, improper installation, or improper cleaning and maintenance, and replacement does not include shipping, labour, installation or removal.
