The Franke Maris MAG11031OW is a 33" undermount single bowl fragranite sink, offered in 7 finishes.
Large capacity 9 1/2” deep bowl provides a generous workspace for dishes and large cookware. Accessory rail system supports optional accessories and turns the sink into a functional workstation. Scratch resistant, fade resistant and impact resistant to retain its new appearance for years. The rear offset drain maximize the usable surface of the bowl and creates extra cabinet space beneath the sink.

Material and care
What is Fragranite? Fragranite is Franke's composite of quartz and acrylic resin (not simply granite), made to resist scratches, fading and impact. Care: wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap, rinse and dry; avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals.

Warranty
Franke warrants its residential stainless, granite and fireclay sinks to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the expected lifetime of the sink, when installed per the Franke installation instructions and used in standard residential indoor applications with a conventional or solid surface countertop. Coverage applies to the original purchaser when bought from Franke or an authorized retailer. It does not cover misuse or abuse, accidental damage, normal wear such as scuffs, scratches or finish reduction/fading, improper installation or improper cleaning and maintenance. Replacement does not include shipping, labour, installation or removal. Accessories such as bottom grids, colanders and boards carry a separate one-year warranty.
