The Franke Maris MAG61023ADA is a 25" dual mount single bowl fragranite sink, offered in 7 finishes.
This sink has a 5" shallow, ADA-compliant bowl depth and rear drain placement and creates an accessible work area for individuals with limited mobility. With our easy-to-use integrated ledge system, you’ll accomplish more with your sink while making the most of your surrounding counter space. The rear drain maximizes the usable surface of the bowl and creates extra cabinet space beneath the sink. Maris Fragranite sinks are scratch- resistant, fade-resistant, and impact resistant and will retain their new appearance for years.

Material and care
What is Fragranite? Fragranite is Franke's composite of quartz and acrylic resin (not simply granite), made to resist scratches, fading and impact. Care: wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap, rinse and dry; avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals.

Warranty
Franke warrants its residential stainless, granite and fireclay sinks to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the expected lifetime of the sink, when installed per the Franke installation instructions and used in standard residential indoor applications with a conventional or solid surface countertop. Coverage applies to the original purchaser when bought from Franke or an authorized retailer. It does not cover misuse or abuse, accidental damage, normal wear such as scuffs, scratches or finish reduction/fading, improper installation or improper cleaning and maintenance. Replacement does not include shipping, labour, installation or removal. Accessories such as bottom grids, colanders and boards carry a separate one-year warranty.
