The Franke Manor House 2.0 MH2K7201414-GWH is a 31.25" glossy white fireclay (Fraceram ceramic) double bowl kitchen sink with a traditional apron front and clean square lines. It suits farmhouse and transitional kitchens, and installs as an apron front, flushmount or undermount sink.

- Minimum cabinet size: 33"
- Drain opening: 3-1/2" (drain not included)
- Faucet holes: 1 pre-scored faucet hole; faucet sold separately

- Fireclay tolerance: fireclay is fired at very high temperature, so dimensions can vary by about ±2% (plus or minus). The cabinet cutout is made from the sink after it arrives, so please plan a professional cut. Sink colour may vary slightly between units.
Material and care
Fireclay (Fraceram) is a glazed ceramic. The glossy white surface is hygienic, easy to clean and highly chip resistant. Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, rinse and dry; avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals.
In the box and what to buy with it
Not included: drain / strainer assembly. Buy with a 3-1/2" strainer such as Franke 1145 or Franke 1145SN.
Optional grids: Franke MH12-36S-LH (left hand) and Franke MH12-36S-RH (right hand) bottom grids, sold separately.

This is a heavy fireclay sink. Professional installation is recommended, and it ships by freight rather than as a small parcel.
Warranty
Franke warrants its residential stainless, granite and fireclay sinks to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the expected lifetime of the sink, when installed per the Franke installation instructions and used in standard residential indoor applications with a conventional or solid surface countertop. Coverage applies to the original purchaser when bought from Franke or an authorized retailer. It does not cover misuse or abuse, accidental damage, normal wear such as scuffs, scratches or finish reduction/fading, improper installation or improper cleaning and maintenance. Replacement does not include shipping, labour, installation or removal. Accessories such as bottom grids, colanders and boards carry a separate one-year warranty.
