Can I choose the pickup location for same-day orders?
Pickup location may vary based on stock availability. Our customer service team will contact you with your order confirmation number and the designated pickup location.
What time should I place my order by to qualify for same-day pickup?
Same-day pickup is available within a 24-hour window. If your order is placed between 10 AM and 2 PM, it may be ready for pickup the same day. Otherwise, it will be available for pickup the following day, within 24 hours of placing your order.
Will I receive a confirmation when my order is ready for pickup?
Yes, our team will provide you with a pickup confirmation number, along with the pickup location and available pickup hours.
What should I bring with me when picking up my order?
Please bring your pickup confirmation number with you. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call—our team will be happy to assist you.
